LIFT CHAIRS FOR LESS - OUR POLICIES
RETURN POLICY -
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee plus actual shipping & handling charges as well as items that had free shipping at the time of order, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
All Merchandise returned without an RA # (Return Authorization Number) including refusal of delivery, will be subject to a 15% restocking fee, and a 5% shipping and processing fee.
Customers are responsible for all shipping to and from. Return eligibility: Product(s) must be returned in the same condition as it was sent. Partial cases or shipping units with items missing will not be accepted. Shipping charges for returns will be the responsibility of the customer with the exception of mishandled shipments and defective products. No refunds after 30 days. No exceptions.
A custom lift chair is one that isn't kept in stock and is built when an order is placed. Any lift chair ordered with additional options or any fabric that costs extra is known as a custom lift chair. Leather Lift Chairs are also considered custom lift chairs. Custom lift chairs may not be returned or canceled once the item is in production. If an order is canceled before the non-custom (standard) lift chair has left the warehouse, there is a $50 cancellation fee.
Credits and Refunds - We will credit your purchase, less shipping and the restocking fee (if applicable) once the product is received and it is in like new condition. If you paid by check you will receive a refund check within 2 weeks of receiving the return.
Please - Do not refuse a parcel. Since many products must be shipped back to an address other than where it was originally shipped from, never refuse a product. Refusing a shipment will result in 30% re-stocking charges plus all shipping costs. Also, without an RA#, the package may not be identified or recognized as being a return and credit will be not be issued.
No refunds after 30 days. No exceptions.
If any in stock, standard product(s) has not left the warehouse then you will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
